The Griquas Rugby Union is committed to nurturing local talent through a strong focus on amateur rugby, school-level participation, and youth development programs. Based in Kimberley, Griquas is more than just a Currie Cup side – it’s a driving force for rugby growth across the Northern Cape.
From under-13s to high school stars and club players, Griquas ensures that the rugby journey starts early and leads toward opportunity, discipline, and excellence on and off the field.

U16 and U18 Girls’ Weeks
These events give school learners the chance to represent their region and gain exposure to higher levels of competition. Many standout players are identified for future provincial development and elite training programs.
Please note: Final orders for December must be placed by 17 December to ensure delivery before the festive break.
Orders placed after 17 December will be processed and shipped in the first week of January.
